The Sexuality Spectrum
Understanding Sexual Orientation
What is Sexual Orientation?
Sexual orientation is about who you're attracted to romantically, emotionally, and/or sexually. It's an inherent part of who you are and exists on a spectrum. Many people find their orientation may evolve throughout their lives, and that's completely normal.
It's Your Journey
Only you can determine your sexual orientation. This assessment is meant to support your self-discovery, not define you. Take your time, be patient with yourself, and remember that all orientations are equally valid and deserving of respect.
Common Questions
Sexual orientation can be fluid for some people, and that's okay. What matters is accepting yourself at each stage of your journey.
Labels can be helpful for some people, but they're not required. You're valid with or without one!
This tool is based on common experiences but is not a diagnostic instrument. It's meant for self-reflection and exploration.
