What is BRI?

The Body Roundness Index (BRI) is a health assessment tool that measures how closely your body shape resembles a ball. It's calculated using height and waist circumference to assess visceral fat distribution, which is more strongly linked to health risks than overall body weight.

BRI Formula

BRI = 364.2 - 365.5 × √(1 - ((WC/(2π))² / (0.5×h)²))

Where WC = waist circumference and h = height (both in meters)

Why BRI Matters
